Do you allow returns?

Please understand that a lot of time, effort, and heart has gone into creating these unique pieces.

Each item is made to order, therefore we are not offering refunds.

STORE CREDIT can be offered for your item(s) minus the cost of shipping both ways. 

Store Credit can be offered on orders within 30 days of the order placement date.

Do you ship internationally?

Curnagerie is currently not shipping internationally. 

How do I track my order?

For all online orders, you will be emailed at the time of shipment with shipping confirmation and tracking number. 

How do the items I order get to me?

Please allow time for your order to be processed before it is shipped. 

Once the order is processed, the item will be shipped with a standard shipping window of 3-8 business days. 

In total please leave 7-14 business days from the date the order was placed for your item to arrive.

If you ordered multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Once an item ships, you'll receive a tracking number for each package via email.

My package says delivered but I don't see it. What do I do?

Curnagerie is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the delivery service.  Curnagerie does not hold responsibility for packages that state are delivered.  If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or by contacting your local post office.
